For this project, I wanted to design a pop-up shop for Taco Bell that highlighted the flexibility of Taco Bell's menu. I have the slogan "However the Bell You Want It" highlighted on the front outside wall to emphasize that there are options for everyone. The inside back inside wall shows four different ways the menu could be catered to a customer, including the classic menu, alternative proteins, vegetarian, and vegan options.
I think a pop-up shop would be perfect for a college campus or music festival because the menu is so easily customizable with few ingredients necessary.
