Part of the same collection of products as CQ for Teams, the Enhancing Team Leadership with Cultural Intelligence product suite is another project I got to work on for the Cultural Intelligence Center in collaboration with Lead Designer Tina Kessel.

This product is one path in a set of three products that includes Developing CQ with two branches depending on the audience: CQ for Teams and Enhancing Team Leadership. During my time at CQC, I have had the opportunity to work on design and branding for all three of these products, which has been a great opportunity to come up with different identities for a set of related projects. Enhancing Team Leadership existed previously as CQ for Leaders, which I worked on previously. This new product is a more tailored version of the previous product, which allowed me to revisit and revamp the branding I'd worked on a couple years ago.

The logo for this product suite features a set of three people, including the orange person that is a standard feature across many product suites. The people in the background blend in to the dark teal background to emphasize the message of the leadership role. To differentiate this product from Developing CQ and CQ for Teams, this product suite features a darker and richer version of the standard CQ Teal, elevating it and highlighting the hierarchy of the three products in the suite.

Additionally, this product features nautical branding, to call on the imagery of a captain of a ship. With the other two product suites having their own ideas of how to visually emphasize various points made in the content of the products (chess for Developing CQ and puzzle pieces for CQ for Teams), I wanted something that felt universal but entirely separate from these previous ideas. Below are some icons I've created for this suite:
The products that make up this suite include slide deck presentations, a participant guide, and a digital badge and certificate that the participant receives upon completion of the program.
